I'm Treisha Parker-Combo. I've been a licensed nurse for years, and like most women in healthcare, I spent a long time taking care of everyone else first. That's what we do. We show up. We stay late. We hold it together. And we go home and do it all over again.
What nobody tells you is that eventually, the well runs dry. You can't give what you don't have. And you can't pour from empty. I learned that the hard way, and I decided I wasn't going to keep it to myself.
Ain't No Shame is more than a name. It's a declaration. There's no shame in where you've been, what you've been through, or how long it took you to ask for help."
I started Ain't No Shame Coaching because I kept meeting women who were accomplished, capable, and quietly burning out. They were nurses, teachers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and mothers. They were doing everything right and still feeling like something was deeply wrong.
What they needed wasn't more advice. They needed a space where they could tell the truth and someone would hold it with them. That's what I built. That's what this is.
I've written three books. I run a weekly community called the Reset Room where women come together every Wednesday to breathe, reset, and remember who they are outside of what they do. I coach women one on one through the kind of work that changes the trajectory of a life.
And I do all of it as a nurse. Because that's who I am.
Nurse Treisha. Not in spite of it. Because of it.

Truth Before Comfort
Real healing starts with an honest conversation, even when that conversation is hard. Treisha doesn't sugarcoat, and she doesn't let you sugarcoat either. Honesty is the first act of care.

Everything here is grounded in faith. Not as a formula, but as a foundation. Treisha believes that God shows up in the spaces where we finally stop pretending and start being real.
